We'll cover proper nutrition for pregnancy and breastfeeding so you can pave the way for a lifetime of healthy food choices for your child, and feel assured that you are giving your baby and yourself the optimal care you both deserve. This six-week interactive online course is filled with science-backed information and actionable tips that your family can use to gradually make better choices regarding what you eat and how you live. The course is designed to help your family gradually adapt to, and want to make better choices about lifestyle and nutrition.

Prime-Time Health


This six-week interactive research-based program will empower you to live a healthier and happier life. Presented in an engaging online environment that you can access 24/7, this program will help you find manageable ways to incorporate exercise, how to eat the most beneficial foods for longevity and active aging, and how to utilize relaxation techniques so you can effectively manage stress and make the most of your second half of life. We'll also discuss the common ailments presumed to be a normal part of the aging process, and steps you can take to prevent them.

One on One Coaching


One-on-one Coaching will focus on your individual health goals. We will dive into almost all aspects of lifestyle, exercise, sleep, stress, and nutrition to help you achieve your personalized results. This customized 12-week program includes weekly education and coaching sessions, behavior change strategies, accountability, and the motivation you need to add years to your life and life to your years.
